Slip Ring is in!

This fabulous piece of kit arrived from BobC today. I'm a lazy git and not too comfortable with the soldering iron (yet, I hope), so I got the assembled version.

- Thats what she said, eh? Lolz. FINALLY he is standing on his own. Yay!!

Center ankle arrives!

With the ankle finally here it was time for R2 to get his feet on and stand on his own three legs. An easy fix - at least so I thought... Mounting that center foot was a PAIN!! Luckily I have tiny hands!
